Thank you for considering Black Horse Rescue. We know this decision is not easy. If you need to rehome a horse, please download and complete our Equine Surrender Application with as much information as possible, including history, health, injuries, vet records, and riding ability.

This is an intake application only. It is not a legal agreement and does not transfer ownership. If approved, a separate surrender agreement will be signed.

Space is limited and every horse is reviewed, so acceptance is not guaranteed. Please do not drop off a horse without approval and a scheduled intake date.
